By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of Pnuel Group's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

Pnuel Group provides the following services:

• Real Estate Services: Property listings, sales, and management
• Investment Platform: Real estate investment opportunities with projected returns
• Financial Services: Wallet management, fund transfers, and payment processing
• Referral Program: Commission-based referral opportunities
• Property Management: Installment payment plans and property allocation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Wallet balance
• Bank transfer
• Paystack (cards, USSD, bank transfer)

Transaction Fees

Certain transactions may incur fees as specified in our fee schedule. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Property purchases may be subject to cancellation fees. Investment withdrawals before maturity incur early withdrawal penalties as stated in the investment terms.

Purchase Options

• Outright Purchase: Full payment required at time of purchase
• Installment Plans: Flexible payment plans from 3-24 months

Property Allocation

Properties are allocated upon completion of payment (outright) or upon final installment payment. You will receive property documents including Certificate of Occupancy or other relevant title documents.

Due Diligence

While we conduct thorough due diligence on all listed properties, we encourage buyers to conduct their own independent verification. Property descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith but may be subject to change.

Investment Structure

Investment opportunities offered on our platform are real estate-backed investments with projected returns based on duration:

• 3-6 months: 10-15% ROI
• 6-12 months: 15-20% ROI
• 12+ months: 20-25% ROI

Early Withdrawal

Early withdrawal is permitted with the following conditions:

• 90 days notice period required
• 40% penalty on projected returns
• Principal amount is protected

Maturity

Upon maturity, your investment principal plus actual returns will be credited to your wallet. You can then withdraw or reinvest the funds.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Manipulate the referral system or engage in referral fraud

All content on the Pnuel Group platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Pnuel Group and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pnuel Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Outstanding financial obligations will remain due and payable upon termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
